My time at the Department of Mathematics at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur provided a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape my professional journey. The rigorous coursework and problem-solving culture helped me develop logical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to complex challenges. The support and guidance from faculty members encouraged me to explore how mathematical concepts can be applied beyond academics and into real-world industries. Currently, I am working in the reinsurance analytics and catastrophe modeling domain as a Senior Associate at AXA XL, where I support underwriting teams by analyzing global property portfolios and assessing catastrophe risks. My role involves working with large exposure datasets, interpreting model results, and supporting pricing decisions for reinsurance programs across international markets.

My journey at the Department of Mathematics, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, was a true turning point in my life. The guidance of visionary professors, the culture of innovation, and the spirit of collaboration inspired me to think beyond boundaries. Every lecture, lab, and project strengthened not just my knowledge, but also my character and confidence. Each and every teacher was helpful and full supportive at my time, I took admission in phd course and spent three years in department of mathematics, without any kind of perturbation. My juniors (Msc Students) were also very kind and good, and they respect us very much. Every teacher was a wall of the department, but Dr. Ritu Agarwal shaped and decorated the walls in a different manner by her hard work and positive approach. My experience at MNIT Jaipur was truly enriching. The institute offers an excellent academic environment with supportive and approachable faculty who make learning engaging and meaningful. I completed my MSc. Mathematics here and genuinely enjoyed the depth of learning and the positive academic culture on campus. The exposure and education I received at MNIT played a significant role in shaping my career, and today I am working as an Academic Co-ordinator at Sparkl and managing and training the faculties. My name is Kriti Srivastava. I completed my masters degree in mathematics from MNIT Jaipur, Batch of 2022. I got placed (on campus) in Curioed as STEM mentor with a CTC of 5lpa. My experience in pursuing this course from MNIT was amazing. I got to gain knowledge in various fields of mathematics. The teachers were really helpful and supportive. The project work helped me to develop the power of thinking and also in my further studies.

I am Vaibhav Yadav, completed my Msc in Mathematics from MNIT Jaipur in the batch of 2022. I got a Campus placement offer from Genpact for the role of MT(Management Trainee)-IT Infrastructure services,with a CTC of 11.4 lpa . My journey of pursuing the course form here was quite awesome and filled with so many memories which Ill cherish forever. Getting admitted here was the only thing that changed my personality 360°, the amount of exposure and learnings one can gather being here are immense. During my coursework, i got to learn a variety of subjects with a blend of applied as well as research part and in the end, the structure of having a project in the curriculum helped in polishing presentation skills and developing an insight towards the research work. As being a CR during the course, I used to stay in regular touch with teachers & felt the department to be very supportive from the beginning and is filled with a lot of young enthusiastic teachers. In the last,I couldnt be more thankful to my supervisor Geetanjali maam and all the teachers especially Palapandi sir , Om sir , Kushal sir , Varun sir and Priyanka maam for their friendly nature and guidance, even apart from academics &I would say getting into mnit can actually change someone having said that he/she make most of being here.
