Dr. Gulab Pamnani is a seasoned expert in the fields of Extended Finite Element Method (XFEM) and Fracture Mechanics, with a rich blend of both academic and industrial experience. With a strong foundation in computational mechanics, Dr. Pamnani has been at the forefront of advancing numerical methods for simulating complex fracture behavior in materials, particularly through applying XFEM to model crack propagation and stress intensity factors. Dr. Pamnani has worked on the design and development of engineering solutions in General Electric. His role included steam turbine stationary structure design to enhance the reliability and performance of structural components. He has been instrumental in optimizing designs for durability, performing failure analysis, and improving product life cycles through more accurate predictive modeling.
